  1. We added to our team! This year we welcomed so many new team members, faculty, and contributors. Thanks to everyone who has helped us grow!

  2. We nearly tripled our membership and pretty much filled a retreat within a month and a half of opening spots. 

  3. We pretty much doubled our Instagram following and grew our email subscribers by almost 50%.

  4. We trained at more camps than ever before.

  5. We worked with some awesome sponsors (shoutout T-Shirts Ink and More, CampBrain, CampMinder, ACTIVE Network, AMSKier, 9 Square in the Air, ShipCamps, 413 Strengthgear, and enlivenwork).

  6. We welcomed a baby! Kurtz gave birth to a new baby girl on December 26.

Basically, we made a much bigger impact. We can't wait to see what 2023 brings.
