Why I’m In This

Camp changed my life. Not because it was perfect — far from it. It was sweaty, unscripted, messy. But it was real.
It showed me what a community can be when it works. It also showed me what it isn’t when leadership is unprepared, staff turnover high, vision fuzzy. That gap is what drove me to make this my work.

What I Do
