September is a weird month for camp comms. Summer’s over, and you’re in the limbo between thinking about last summer and needing to fill beds for the next one.

Everybody knows they should send something, and it usually ends up being a few re-registration emails plus a “Hey, we had a great summer, please fill out this survey!”

We built a fall plan for Kenwood & Evergreen, and it came down to 5 types of emails. We are sending a lot more than that, but the types are fairly repeatable.
